chest/head blend or lifted/mask?

I am unable to tell what I am doing with this singing (in kitchen washing dishes) I have never sung like this before. It is wonderful as it feels like it is closest to my normal voice and old chest voice. But I think there is more going on and I do not understand what it is. Notice when I go up I seem to change the voice. Is that the lift/mask voice? Or is this just a chest/head blend? Why has this voice never appeared before?
